Data tersebut bersumber dari Median Country Speeds Updated July 2025 yang dirilis melalui Speedtest Global Index. Laporan ini menampilkan peringkat kecepatan internet median di berbagai negara, sekaligus mencakup data beberapa kota besar dunia.

Indonesia urutan ke berapa? 

Berdasarkan laporan Speedtest Global Index edisi Juli 2025, Indonesia menempati peringkat ke-86 dunia untuk kategori internet mobile dengan kecepatan unduh rata-rata 42,85 Mbps, masih jauh di bawah rata-rata global yang mencapai 90,13 Mbps. 

Sementara itu, pada kategori fixed broadband, posisi Indonesia lebih tertinggal dengan berada di peringkat ke-118 dunia dan kecepatan rata-rata hanya 38,20 Mbps, dibandingkan rata-rata global sebesar 103,39 Mbps.
